Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We want your experience with Spritzy to be simple and fair. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Seals are intact

  • Returned in the original packaging

Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.

To request a replacement, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos (if applicable). Replacement requests are subject to review and product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

We allow cancellation requests before shipment, but due to fast processing, we cannot guarantee an order can be canceled before it ships.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then email [email protected] with your order number.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to help with a carrier claim where applicable.
